What's the relationship between The Cottages, The Inn, and Seal Rock?

The Cottages are independently owned residential homes. The Inn (assisted living) and Seal Rock (skilled nursing) are operated separately by First Atlantic Healthcare on the same campus. Cottage homeowners have priority access to both — so if your needs change over time, you don't have to leave the community you know.

Dogs and cats are welcome. Other pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is a pet application process.

When you sell your cottage, you're guaranteed ninety percent of the appreciated resale value — not just your initial investment back.
